When I’m coaching clients about workplace situations, particularly difficult situations with a boss or co worker, they’ll inevitably say, “I wish we knew what Ted (or Sally, Jim or Sue) really thinks about this.” Do you wish you could see your situation from the other person’s point of view?
And get some ideas of how each of you might respond differently from a workplace coach?
My latest report does just that: Increasing Perspective in Workplace Challenges: Living with chronic illness from an employee’s and a manager’s perspective. You’ll get:
- a real situation (that a client had),
- hear how both the employer and the manager thought about it and
- my suggestions for what they might do to improve things.
can’t possibly know what people think about what I’m saying — other than the few who actually post. And unless my clients feed me ideas through their experiences, I’m guessing about what the majority of my readers are wondering about.
That’s why we’ve developed an online survey to learn more about you to be sure we’re meeting your needs. I’ve made it as easy as I can possibly do.
If you get this in your email, through Feedblitz, click on the headline and it will take you to the blog on the web.
You’ll see the survey button on the left column. Click on it and it will lead you through the steps. AND, to show my gratitude, you’ll get the Perspectives piece. I hope you’ll fill it out soon. THANKS!
