A coach can be good for your health

August 27, 2007 by Rosalind Joffe 2 Comments

I’m pleased and proud to tell you that award winning blogger, Amy Tenderich, Diabetes Mine   thinks so.  That’s what she writes, in her article, Hey Coach, So What if I’m Sick?

Her site is great, even if you don’t have diabetes. It’s chock full of resources and information — and just Amy-talk. Which is always smart and straight from the hip

Got any questions for me about coaching?  Please, don’t hesitate to email me.  I’m on vacation this week (doing lots of kayaking) and not responding to emails (yes, I do continue to blog) – but feel free to email me and I’ll answer when I return to the office next Monday, Labor Day.
