"Sick" humor or Affirmations – either can be good for the soul

I love this posting, The top ten worst suggestions commonly given to someone with a chronic illness, on a very fun site, But You Don’t Look Sick. I’m so NOT “funny” (I wish I was though) — but I love when someone can make me laugh.

But along the lines of different strokes for different folks, Nicole Matoushek just posted a downloadable PDF, ABC’s of An Abundant Attitude on her awesome site, Acquired Hope.

Here’s a suggestion to help you with your “mood”. Print these out and leave at your desk at work. Read one each day for a few weeks and see if it doesn’t help.
